Siliguri, 28th April: In a significant development, the Siliguri police successfully foiled a robbery plot and arrested six individuals involved in the scheme. The arrested suspects have been identified as Shiv Choudhary, Vishal Dev Choudhary, Niki Das, MD Alamgir, Pankaj Basak, and Badal Paswan, all of whom are residents of Siliguri.
The police acted on a tip-off and conducted a raid in the Tikiapara area under the Siliguri police station on Sunday night, where they apprehended the six accused from the spot.
On Monday, the arrested individuals were produced before the Siliguri court. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the matter.
