The Indian Premier League (IPL) is attracting the attention of foreign investors as it gets ready to add two new franchises in the upcoming season.

The Glazer family that owns and runs what is considered the world’s most popular football club, Manchester United, has shown “interest” in the IPL. They reached UAE and are tracking the developments in the world’s most valuable T20 league with keen interest.

The seventh ICC Men’s T20 World Cup tournament is taking place in the United Arab Emirates and Oman from 17 October to 14 November 2021.
