Dudhia, 13th January: On Sunday night, a bus carrying Malda residents returning from a picnic at Dudhia met with a horrifying accident on the Garidhura road, resulting in five injuries. The incident occurred when the bus suddenly overturned while traveling back to Malda.
The passengers, enjoying a picnic day at Dudhia, were left in shock after the vehicle lost control. Fortunately, no fatalities were reported in the accident. However, five individuals sustained injuries and were immediately transported to Sukna Hospital for medical treatment.
Local police from the Garidhura Outpost and residents of the nearby area rushed to the scene to provide assistance. Later, authorities launched an investigation into the cause of the accident.
