Tiranga Yatra organised by Sahudangi Hat P.K. Roy High School ahead of Independence Day

Rajganj, 13th August: A grand Tiranga Yatra was organised by Sahudangi Hat P.K. Roy High School as part of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign ahead of Independence Day. Students and teachers participated in the rally to spread the message of patriotism and highlight the importance of respecting the national flag.

Students took part in the procession carrying the national flag. One student was also seen dressed as Bharat Mata. The rally passed through various parts of the area, including Sahudangi Market, Ashrampara and Nawapara.

School Headmaster Pradip Choudhury said the Tiranga Yatra was organised by the school as part of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign. All students and teachers of the school participated in the programme.

He added that residents of the area had also been encouraged in advance to participate in the rally.

According to the headmaster, the country attained independence through the sacrifices of numerous freedom fighters. He said Independence Day would therefore be celebrated with everyone while spreading the spirit of patriotism.

He thanked everyone for helping make the Tiranga Yatra a success.
