Rajganj, 11th August: A Tiranga Yatra was organised at Belakoba in Rajganj block on Tuesday as part of a series of patriotic activities under the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign.
The special rally was organised with students of Belakoba R.R. Primary School. The Tiranga Yatra began from the school premises, with students carrying the national flag.
Rajganj BDO Suvankar Das, teachers, officials of the block administration and police personnel from Belakoba Outpost participated in the rally.
According to BDO Suvankar Das, the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign is being observed from August 9 to 15 following the state government’s direction. Various patriotic programmes are being organised across Rajganj block as part of the campaign.
He further said that a Tiranga Yatra was organised at Belakoba as part of the initiative. Various competitions will also be organised for young students on the occasion of Independence Day on August 15.
