Naxalbari, 01st August: Naxalbari Police arrested a dumper driver for allegedly transporting stones using fake documents and evading revenue. The police also seized the stone-loaded dumper during the operation.
According to police sources, a stone-loaded dumper was intercepted at Satbhaiya More on the Asian Highway in Naxalbari. During document verification, police allegedly found discrepancies and fake documents related to the vehicle.
Following this, the dumper driver was arrested on charges of allegedly smuggling stones while evading government revenue. The seized dumper was taken to the police station.
